Originally from Maryland, Nick moved to Wilmington to enjoy the natural beauty of the coast and quickly fell in love with the area's lifestyle and community.

 

He earned his education from Cape Fear Community College, where he developed valuable skills in communication, business, and client relations. Today, he applies those skills to guide buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and care.

 

Nick is committed to creating a positive experience for every client. He takes the time to understand individual needs, build trust, and ensure that each transaction is as smooth and successful as possible.

Outside of real estate, Nick enjoys staying active, running The Loop, spending time at the beach, and learning about cars and automotive design. He is proud to call Wilmington home and is passionate about helping others find their place along the coast.
