Seth did an amazing job helping my husband and I find a home in Southport, all while we were still living in Colorado Springs! He was incredibly knowledgeable about local laws (which was a huge help, as CO and NC do things quite differently), was extremely communicative even with our time difference, and was just an all-around great person. Because we were still living in CO, Seth showed us several properties over several weeks via video call and took thorough videos of the properties so we could refer back to them while we made our decision. We truly felt that Seth had our backs every step of the way.
