About Nicki Bunn

I have lived on the sunny coast of North Carolina for about 23 years.  Before moving to NC, I was lucky enough to live in several countries around the world, and several other states in this great nation.  I enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer, be it sitting on the North End of Carolina Beach listening to country music, to an evening out downtown with friends and family.  I have a daughter in high school who is the light of my life, and recently married to the love of my life, Chris.  Being outside in my garden or working in the yard, adding more and more flowers, bushes and trees, is my happy place.    When not in Wilmington, I'm either at a softball tournament with my daughter, or spending as much time as possible on our family farm in the Pilot Mountain area of NC. 

 

Real estate is so much more than buying or selling houses, it is getting to know people, learning about their needs and helping them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.  The trust my clients put in me is critical to being their fiduciary and always working for their best interest.   Through the process, I enjoy having fun, laughing and finding my clients the perfect property.  From Calabash, Wilmington to Jacksonville, I have helped dozens and dozens of families buy and sell their homes.
