About Seth Burgess

Seth was born and raised in a small town in North Carolina called Hamlet. A graduate of UNC Charlotte, he spent time living in Charlotte before deciding to move to the coast with his wife, Candace, where they now live with their three children, Acen, Hope, and Bowyn. With an affinity for helping others and a service-oriented approach, Seth Burgess serves buyers and sellers in Wilmington, Leland, and the surrounding areas. An educated professional with a background in healthcare, Seth attributes his success in real estate to his focus on making himself available to his clients and his commitment to analyzing every situation from their perspective.

Honesty, open communication, punctuality, and a tenacious work ethic have been key to Seth's success. By adapting the Golden Rule to real estate and prioritizing his clients' needs, he has achieved a string of early successes in his career.

As a member of the Living By The Coast Realty Group, Seth specializes in Brunswick Forest and Leland-area real estate and has a vast local network of professional connections to ensure seamless transactions. Regardless of location, Seth is always willing to travel to help his clients find their perfect home.

Outside of real estate, Seth is an avid sports fan (despite being a Carolina Panthers fan), Seth enjoys spending time on the boat with his family, playing golf, working out, and exploring the beautiful beaches of southeastern NC, with Masonboro Island and Oak Island being his favorites. He also spends time supporting local nonprofits such as Paws for Rescue and Strut for Kids.
