Although originally from Miamisburg, OH, Jessica has always been drawn to coastal living and sunny weather. After falling in love with Wilmington, NC and the surrounding areas during vacations, she and her husband made the decision to make this idyllic destination their permanent home. Jessica's personal experience in relocating allows her to offer well-rounded knowledge and support to clients making similar transitions to the area.

When she's not busy helping clients achieve their real estate dreams, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her three miniature dachshunds - Ruby, Frank, and Charlie. In her free time, you can find Jessica on the golf course at River Landing with her husband Ryan, soaking up the sun at Wrightsville Beach, cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes at Lenovo Center, exploring the local dining scene, or planning their next international adventure.
